On 9/5/25 I went to Planet Power Sports & was greeted by Brandt. From then on I felt very confident that I was in good hands! He helped me find a quad for my husband & helped me with everything I needed to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! Thank you Planet Power Sports!
I found what I was looking for at Planet Powersports in Coldwater, Mi. I drove over 3 hours to make my purchase. Brandt was my sales guy, and he was a pleasure to work with, and everybody there did a great job to make me feel as though I made the right decision doing business with them. I won’t hesitate to go back there. They have lots of stock, and their prices were fair.
Rilee the Product Specialist was very rude and unprofessional definitely expected better.
Absolutely untrustworthy and deceptive. Good people don't need laws to tell them to act responsibly. Failed promises and no good intentions.
Really expensive,they charged me $385 for an oil change and winterization of my jet ski.
