I contacted them a week in advance for a bday party. I purchased the pack which was supposed to include balloons and such, we didnt get any balloons. I purchased the pa k woth laser tag option and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and go back 3x to request from someone to allow us to play my fiance went back 2x and the laser tag was not even being used at the time.
