Planet Pet is the BEST pet store in Orlando hands down. I feed my Sphynx Stella and Chewy Raw, and stores don’t carry this item in stock so I have to ask for it to be ordered. Planet Pet is the ONLY store that hasn’t “forgot” to place my order, and has kept me up to date with phone calls if anything was out of stock or late on being delivered. Planet Pet puts a huge emphasis on customer service and reliability and it shows. Thank you so much to all the hardworking employees, you all do a great job!
Everyone is so nice and will order what you need if it's not in stock. That means a lot to us!
Finally a pleasant and always friendly place to buy dog food. The staff is wonderful and grooming was A+
Planet Pet always carries a really nice selection of pet supplies. I come in regularly to purchase food, treats, bags, and toys. The staff is very helpful and they are always on top of their promotions. They also have a groomer on-site. I prefer to support local businesses and this is one that offers nothing but a pleasant experience with every visit.
Love this place. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They recommended Zignature for my Emma. I must say, I had my doubts since I've tried every food that was available on the market and none have made the cut. Zignature not only made the cut, but the company gave us a FREE 4 lb bag and can of food for our positive response AND Zignature is helping Emma fully recover from her dermatitis yeast infection.
