Got unit from him was great no problem at all
I was supposed to get a mobile service call to repair a bent shaft. After agreeing on a time frame, Frank never called or showed up. I text messaged him and left voicemails, no response. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I found an Evinrude lower unit on ebay and watched it for a couple weeks here and there. I contacted the seller, Frank Lau who has 891 sales on ebay and 100% positive satisfaction ebay reviews, at about 3:10. The call went to voice mail.
