THey sold me a $ 300 vaporizer that you can't even adjust the temp without a phone and they wont honor their 14 day return policy...i sent them back the vaporizer and they wont give me my money back....what a criminal group they are ! DON'T BUY FROM THESE RIP-OFF'S !!!!!!!!!!!
Be Careful!! My experience has been horrible. I ordered an item and a different item showed up. I returned the wrong item and was told the item I initially ordered was on backup. Fine I'll wait. 10 days later they issued me a partial refund. HUH? Not only did they send me the wrong item, waste my time, but took my money also!! Great store! Tre was so helpful and very nice. He answered all of my questions (we had a lot of them) and was very helpful. I highly recommend Planet of the Vapes to anyone needing help switching over to vaping. (I was using a cheap gas station kind of vape unit before I bought a better vape mod). I highly recommend coming here!
this was my first time visiting here and I will continue to go back. amazing atmosphere and amazing down to earth employees! they treat you like family and they know what they are talking about. also great selection. won't do business anywhere else from now on!
