Good place to chill with kids while the Mrs goes shopping. Maintenance of the place is poor considering the price raises over recent years.
Planet Mino at Warringah Mall is an absolute gem for families! As a full-time mum and business owner, I really appreciate a place where my kids can play safely while I can relax, have a coffee, or even get work done. I was more than surprised to take my 4 year old for an hour visit costing $36 as there was 2 of us adults who HAD to pay over $6 each to enter just to supervise plus extra fees for weekend. As we entered the ball pit had a pitiful amount of balls where you could mostly see the floor. None of the activities were working such has the block Ferrier. There are much more affordable and well kept play centres locally such as Bounce Cromer, Flip Out Frenchs Forest and Major Fun Freshwater. Do not waste your money here
On Friday 28, August At 11:30 am my child almost entried into it, I was about to pay in the counter. Your staff who wears glasses just ignored us. Later she asked what I am looking for with a really condescending attitude. She's even lazy to do a greeting. I told them I wanted to pay for this. She asked how many? I don't know if she can use English properly or not. Anyway we walked away.
Our 3yo granddaughter loves this place and the coffee is good so win win.
