Underwhelming experience for the price you pay. Food is overpriced for the quality. Venue needs A LOT more cleaning and maintenance. The fun factor here has great potential. But on this occasion it was a disappointing experience.
Mario Kart is broken not repaired. Toilet near lift is broken for ages. Dig machine is broken. Everything is broken.
Disgusting, dirty and no one on the floor to clear up, I was sitting at the table having my food and there was plenty of food on the floor, I could feel it under my socks 🤢 Paid 44$ for 1kid for 2 hours and everything was a mess, broken or out of order, toilets are always dirty, that was the last time I’ll never come back again.
Came here yesterday and I have to echo the review of Sandra Chow. I've come to Planet Mino Chatswood regularly with my kids and it has really gone downhill. As Sandra said, the diggers don't work (and the majority of them have never worked in the couple of years I've been coming here), the Mario Kart arcade game was out of order and the giant screen game in the ball pit was not functioning (the video played but the interactive element didn't work). Just spent $60 for 3 kids for an hour which would be fine if the equipment was working. Six months ago we were here and the 2 computers downstairs were out of order and they still are, the mechanical diggers were out of order 6 months ago and still are. Half the chutes in the ball chute room don’t work, the play equipment in the girly make up section are all missing (just a few random brushes lying around) and the soft play/cushions were absolutely filthy dirty.
