Planet Kia double charged my mother, lost her car key, and hoped she wouldn’t notice. My mother had her car towed to Planet Kia to get a new alternator. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone the first few times we called to tell us if they had received it. Later, when we finally got in touch, they let us know they had received it and told us what a new alternator would cost plus 2 or 3 hours of labor. My vehicle was in their shop for over 100 days, during which I received inconsistent updates and had to constantly reach out for basic information. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the dealership ultimately billed over $8,000, and I still left without the issue resolved.
