I recently purchased a car from Joon Lee, and I was very pleased with how kindly he explained everything. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kia Frisco — their customer service is excellent.
I recently visited Kia of Frisco and got help from Joon. He was extremely knowledgeable about cars and, more importantly, really listened to my needs — something that’s hard to find in a salesperson these days. Unlike many others, he was genuinely attentive and caring. Even after I bought my car, his kindness didn’t stop there, which left a lasting impression on me. I’m joking, but he was so great that I almost wanted to buy another car from him!
Joon Lee is the best sales person that I've met ever. He is nice, honest and professional. He make me feel comfortable and easy to make a decision shortly. I always call him first when I need to buy a new car!
