Have had my car for two weeks . Took car up there and in two weeks have called over ten times always Brandon is either out with customers or out of the office no communication or has left for the day worse place I have dealt with
The staff is pleasant enough until you sign the required paperwork, then you will see how disrespectful and unprofessional they can become if you dare to point out anything that might be wrong with the car including faulty workmanship and the car not being ready for pickup in any way, shape, or form as promised. After acting smug, rude, and talking over the customer, they are nonplussed that that might make the customer angry. The car salesman abysmal reputation exists for a reason-this dealership is the epitome of that.
