The staff was very friendly and awesome to work with. They were eager to help in anyway and made the purchasing of a first time vehicle a breeze. Before pick up car was detailed and very clean.
Firstly I called and booked my appointment with the nearest Kia dealership being Planet Kia ( As per Kia Canada) This is not where I purchased the vehicle from but it was brand new! Kia to Kia its covered under warranty!! Booked it for what I thought was a diagnosistic test because I was experiencing rpms running high when u set cruise causing a hot smell ... Also defrost blowing cold air while set to 22° Get to the dealership to drop off my vehicle ( 1hr drive) and get told by the way ... If our service tech finds nothing w... read more
I approached Kia with my needs but no idea of what I actually wanted. They were patient, gave me a few different options and always kept my budget in mind. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and most importantly the value.
