Recently bought my new vehicle at Planet Kia. Although they have moved locations and weren't totally set up, they still greeted us with warm smiles. Terry was amazing! You can tell he's been in the industry for many years. Very knowledgeable but spoke to me on a level that I understood. Corey helped us through the mountains of paperwork with ease! Highly recommend all the staff down at Planet Kia!

Do not do business here if you can help it. My partner’s Kia was towed to Planet Kia for warranty work in the middle of winter. They put the completely wrong mix of coolant in which left her stranded and broke down on the highway a week after they serviced the vehicle. Zero accountability and only lazy excuses from the general manager and service lead. I would not trust them to change my tires let alone anything else. Our first Planet Kia purchase was a certified pre-owned 2024 Kia Carnival, which we were happy with initially, but then ended up having issues with the infotainment system 4 months in, head unit needed replacing. It was covered by our extended warranty, but it got us thinking about upgrading to something new. Terry is a very genuine, kind salesman - not the fake kind. The staff was very friendly and awesome to work with. They were eager to help in anyway and made the purchasing of a first time vehicle a breeze. Before pick up car was detailed and very clean.
