Its a shame our local dealership is uncompassionate and inconsiderate. They show zero concern for customer safety or for new drivers even when dealing with a faulty steering wheel bearing was brought to their attention immediately after purchase. Despite us buying $5000 warranty they have found every excuse to deny coverage. Zero stars, this dealership has zero integrity they will sell you a car with bare minimum work to pass safety to squeeze every penny out of you! They are so cheap they can’t even put uncracked/rotted tires on for the sale, they will fill any paint chip with marker and say what do you expect.

Initial experience was good. I can’t complain about Then, after you look at little deeper, they include tires that don’t pass safety. Tell you nothing about it. Don’t like to own up to mistakes. My opinion will just secure that but highly recommend not to go to this dealership. Stay away. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Recently bought my new vehicle at Planet Kia. Although they have moved locations and weren't totally set up, they still greeted us with warm smiles. Terry was amazing! You can tell he's been in the industry for many years. Very knowledgeable but spoke to me on a level that I understood. Corey helped us through the mountains of paperwork with ease!
