Don't ever buy a kia there terrible. They burn all the oil before 1450km on a 2021 kia seltos, and ive been told that complies with kia specs. Terrible vehicles. I bought this vehicle brand new off the lot in 2020 of November. I came in for a safety recall and it still burns all the oil at just 14000km, violent starts from time to time, I dont move the car till it's warm and the ticking stops. Hello People, I bought 2025 Kai Sorento LX from planet Kia. I have noticed that the car keep blowing heat when it’s all setting are on AC mode. I bought on 22nd May not been 3 months still giving problems. I bought new vehicle just to avoid paying extra money on maintenance. I don’t know what to do I spend hours waiting with no solution and not able to go for job. Please be aware guys what’s you are buying.
Very meh experience, they did everything I needed (only an oil change and to take a “quick” look at my windows as the wire connection has been buggy) what should have only taken maybe an hour and a half, took almost 5 hours… and their shuttle communication was awful, said they were there when they weren’t. Kind staff and clean office, just wish it were quicker!
