Excelent service
I made an “appointment” to have a leak checked. They said it would take 48 hours to even take a look at my car. I then got a call 3 business days later with the diagnosis and a $209 fee to inspect. Why even setup an appointment?
I went to Planet Honda to replace a key and fob that I had lost for my Honda CRV. The man who booked the appointment this morning added up all the costs and told me it would cost me $353.14 plus tax. The key and fob both work. Tit took about a half hour more then I was told it would take. The man who met me at my car said that they may have had a power fluctuation so it took longer. The final bill was $54.08 more than the estimate. No one told me why.
I don't think I've ever given Planet Honda a 5 star rating but I did this time. I got in sooner than normal and their customer service has greatly improved.
