I drove up and within a few minutes I was asked problems with the Car. I relayed the a/c problem Signed my release and I was Gone. 2 days later a/c was having Me put a jacket on. Brian was very professional And very helpful. He texted me With updates on my car. I Couldn't be happier with Planet Honda and they will be My go to garage going forward. Except for the fact that it took so long to find the oil leak my experience was good. I am glad they found it but I was there for almost 7 hours. At least they persevered until they found it and I am happy about that. They did keep me informed. For sure I will continue to use your services.
Just had time to finish my double latte from the self-service bar and the car was done. Some snacks looked good too but unfortunately I wasn't hungry. No hassle professional service. I like that. Another service: Climate control not working right. It's still flakey. There was n/c but they didn't do anything except push the a/c button to force cold air and said it was ok.
Excellent technicians here. Friendly, courteous, capable staff. I am always glad to bring my car to Planet Honda for service. Sam was especially helpful today!
