I appreciated everything about their service, EXCEPT that when I saw the vehicle for the first time, I noticed the front bumper was slightly off aligned and it looked like the clips were dislodged. When I mentioned it, seller reported that it was fine but that they could look at it and fix it but it would be added to the price so i told them no but after i purchased the car one month later i saw some scratches and some cracks on the right underside of the bumper.
