Communication is terrible.
Do not refinance with this company. A refinance debacle has destroyed my life after their employees did not enter data correctly AND in SOME BOXES NOT ENTERING DATA AT ALL into the refinance platform has left my family with a mess to financially clean up while the company does not take any responsibility.
Planet Home sold my mortgage to a “debt collector” known as SN Servicing Corporation. This debt collector has an absolutely atrocious reputation for ticking people into foreclosing on their home. I tried calling into Planet Home demanding an explanation for what happened. They put me on hold a half dozen times and then play dumb that there is no supervisor around. Planet Home cannot be trusted to handle a mortgage! They will sell you out in a second!
Customer service sucks I changed home owners insurance policies one ending on 3/11 at12.01 the new one starting on the 3/12 and they claim there was a laspes in coverage and are charging for the supposedly 24 hr laspes. Pretty petty plus they can't provide a explanation
