I'm totally disappointed with my first interaction with Planet Home Lending. Due to know fault of our own, we've experienced a transfer of our loan services. Without notice, two mortgages amounts have been taken in July. We've called, and we have written reviews. We have even responded to the review with our pertinent information and still no movement toward our getting our money back. No call. No response to our email. NOTHING! No welcome letter yet. We are still waiting.......
