I’ve never had more problems with a loan company in my life I’ve there auto pay is the most messsed up system I’ve ever dealt with I’ve made all my payments on time every month but the auto pay tries to take it out sooner I’ve called a representative they told me it was fixed but it wasn’t so they turned off my account to pay online then made me wire the information I asked to speak to a supervisor that day I found out and they didn’t let me so I just took down the wire info called twice to double check and it wasn’t wrong n... read more
I cant me more unpleased with this company time to switch dont ever try to talk to anyone from this place they will transfer 50 times and then hang up. Stay away
Seriously they are the worst servicer you could possibly have. If you try to email them it takes weeks to get any response if you’re lucky enough to get one at all. Edit: they managed to get worse. They are holding funds for taxes I am exempt from which is illegal. Now they say saying I have an escrow shortage which isn’t even possible. It got to the point I had a file a complaint with the CFPB and this company still won’t speak to me when I reach out to customer service.

I written them and proven that they are over taxing me for my county tax. They have been holding my money escrow for over a year. They keep saying they are awaiting on the new tax bill. It seems they are holding my money for as long as they can to keep making money off the interest
