Predatory lenders. Autopay is a nightmare & No option to enable notifications for upcoming late fees/grace period date. Would not forgive first late fee due to misunderstanding/autopay error.
I highly recommend Nezzar. He streamlines the process, responds quickly, and provides consistently outstanding support. Having worked with him on multiple occasions, I can say that every interaction has been excellent.
My home buying experience was smooth compared to stories I’ve heard from family members! This is my first home and Planet Home Lending took the stress out of the process! I'm totally disappointed with my first interaction with Planet Home Lending. Due to know fault of our own, we've experienced a transfer of our loan services. Without notice, two mortgages amounts have been taken in July. We've called, and we have written reviews. We have even responded to the review with our pertinent information and still no movement toward our getting our money back. No call. No response to our email. NOTHING! No welcome letter yet. We are still waiting.......
