I had the Capone (an Italian hoagie). A pretty good sandwich, but I've had better.
The seeded rolls are fresh and delicious. The Italian and Tuscan hoagies are great. Try it and you'll be hooked.
First time visiter. Went with wife and 2 young daughters. Woman making sandwiches was yelling profanities and screaming at other employees. I stopped mid order and told them I wasn't eating here because of her language. She said "good". Then they all went back to work and no one even reprimanded her and I am pretty sure the owner or manager was standing right there. Will never return to this place and don't suggest anyone else going.
I ordered Chicken Italiano hoagie. The chicken was dry, chewy and had a smell. They did not care to ask if I wanted hot or cold one. They did not care to ask if it was "for here" or "to-go". I had my food there but no paper napkins were provided. The food quality was not good. The quantity was good. Note to owner: You could do better job by welcoming customers when they enter and smiling while taking an order.
