Arrived on time as promised. Luke is an excellent arborist. Know his trees and shapes them beautifully. Yard was transformed after their visit cleaning and weeding . Great team !
After making an appointment a month prior with their owner from Cherryville for her to come look at our lawn, she cancelled without any explanation the day before our appointment when “I” emailed to reconfirm with her. Then we rescheduled with her only to have her cancel again. Finally when actually speaking with her on the phone when “I” called her, she was arrogant, impatient and unwilling and had zero enthusiasm whatsoever. Pretty sure she just didn’t want to serve us.
