I met Una and Theodore at a farmers market in Barbados, where they'd relocated. They offered short assessments and treatment sessions. Of course, I was skeptical at first but was really impressed with their diagnoses (I've had some scans, so have some "inside" knowledge). They were spot on - and their treatments gave a little "release". If I'd stayed longer in town, I would have set up regular sessions.
Una is an amazing healer who’s knowledge of the body and insights to treatment always hit the mark!
I've been getting chiropractic and c body work for over 50 years and Planet Gratitude Body worker Theodore is the best at getting out my day to day tight stress muscle knots in my body in a firm but gentle way.
