I have went to multiple of the Movement locations with my membership (Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Fran), and I have to say by far this is my least favorite. Mostly every employee here is inhospitable which is a bit concerning since they work the front desk and are supposed to be welcoming. Alex was harsh and unfriendly towards me and my friend on separate occasions. Huge variety of climbs with consistent grading. Also equipped with a solid set of work out equipment and moonboard. Would like to see more climbs that require more creative route reading.
As a first timer, you have to sign up and complete a waiver. The staff are helpful. There’s plenty of climbing spots, it can get crowded but everyone is cordial and take turns.
