Planet Fry is so easy to work with. They are quick to respond & take care all of the setting up as well as communicating with previous oil collectors to cancel the previous services. I’ve already received two checks for collected oil in a short amount of time, which is more than I received from my previous two collectors in ten years. Highly recommend.
Terrible company! Illegally installed an oil tank at Sarah’s Creamery! We serve only ice cream and have no need for an oil tank. The owner of Greer’s Burger Garage told Planet Fry he was owner of building and allowed the workers to trespass on Sarah’s property. I called the company 2x to resolve issue. Spoke with Britany and she assured me someone would get back to me. It’s been going on 2 months and no one has called me back. Also, the tank overflowed all over the parking lot within 1 month of the system being installed.

Worst company I dealt with in 30 years in business! Never received 1 payment & was told for 13 straight weeks they’d show up to pay me the back pay. I agreed to take the payment in oil, for the first 4 times i believed them before I was lied to I had to rush 40 minutes to the Restaurant store for oil 4 times because I was promised I’d receive 4 jugs the next day & my business was without oil because I trusted they’d show up. They will look you in your face promise stuff over the phone & won’t come through with their promise
