Monique took care of my company vehicle's repairs and she was superb! The repair time for my vehicle was reasonable and she kept me informed throughout the process. Having to deal with something like this is never pleasant, but her kindness and steller customer service skills made it effortless and a pleasure!

Do not take your van to the commercial service department, they take way too long. I just had one tire replaced, differential fluid changed , oil change, Air filter. And it took over a week. Then I get it back. And the tire pressure sensors are having an error because they failed to fill the tires up properly. The engine made a loud noise cuz they failed to attach the air filter cover correctly. So I had to go back and fix all these problems myself. Do yourself a favor and just take it to your trusted local mechanic.

the appointment to work on our 31' Class C Motorhome (Ford Econoline V10) was quite far out, like 8 weeks, but once they was able to get it in Gregg and his team did an excellent job communicating and executing the work. Fair price and professional work. Thanks!
