I took my car here for a recall. A free rental was provided. They called and told me my car was ready. When i went to pick it up the check engine light came on and my rep had already left so the guys told me they didn't feel comfortable with me taking it and to just take the rental back and they would have my rep call me. 3 days later my rep called and said the light wasn't related to the Recall so I picked up my car. Super poor customer service. They keep your money when you purchase an oil change package and won’t at least transfer the remaining ones to your new vehicle. Don’t waste your time buying the oil change packages here.
Took my daughter's car there, and they diagnosed it as needing a new engine, because they couldn't get two plugs out and believed water (coolant) was the reason the plugs were stuck in the head. They quoted $14K to replace the engine. Took it to another mechanic, and they replaced the plugs, coil packs, cabin air filter, flushed the coolant, and the valve cover for $2250. Great experience! We were met at the door by a salesman who asked questions about what we were looking for and not about how much we were putting down. Great start. He showed us the 2 model SUV's we were looking for. After we told him what we wanted to pay for an SUV, he let us know which one was in our price range. He also walked us over to the used lot for some additional options.
