I brought my vehicle into the Planet Ford spring service department on Thursday at which time I said that I am looking to get a recall fixed and while it's in the shop I will do an oil change. Worse dealership experience EVER. Took them 6 weeks to fix a recalled software error. Once they fixed it a new error populated on the dash and then they said they would start charging me $199 an hour to fix the issue they created. DO. NOT. GO. HERE
Bought a brand new truck 6 months ago from this dealership with a promise I could get a loaner during scheduled service intervals. Couldn’t even get my truck scheduled to be serviced for 10k miles without waiting on hold for too long and then getting transferred back and forth while everyone gave me the same “we don’t do that here” they might have knowledgeable techs who do good work but I’ll never find out because I couldn’t get past whoever answered the phone.
Terrible experience, worst service department I've ever heard of! I dropped my car off on 7/2 for safety recalls and was told all of the parts were available for my recalls. I was told that they could be looking at 4 or even 5 days becuase they're busy. It is 7/14 now and I am told that "maybe" my car will be ready tomorrow on the 15th. It has been challenging communicating with the service department to say the least, and extremely challenging and costly commuting to work with no vehicle.
