What is the point of making an appointment when you drop it off for oil change and recalls and are only told at drop off it will be a couple days. This should be shared upfront when making an appointment...and if you can't handle the work don't accept the appointment until you can. Not having a vehicle and not having advanced warning is highly unprofessional. Dropped off my car on September 3rd and had an appointment for September 4th and my vehicle still has not been touched yet and it is now September 9th. I called today for an update and the person that answered in service refused to help me since I wasn't his customer. If your cars were built better I wouldn't have to take it in for service for collision assist not being available due to poor workmanship. I will never return to this dealership nor buy another Ford again.
