Always a pleasure dealing with them. Friendly customer service in the service department. Won't just work on your car and give you the price after. They get your approval before fixing. All work done on our vehicle was done right without having to return for same problem
Excellent job by Jose Gutierrez and the service team there, kept me updated on my car and made sure I was taken care of during the service process. I had a recall on my Ecosport and they finished in a timely manner also the building is really nice so that's a plus.
My first introduction to Randall Reed's Planet Ford – Spring was in the mid 1990's with an employer's fleet vehicle and have since purchased 2 vehicles from this location. The employees are always courteous and professional — a rarity in my personal experiences with dealers.
