I brought my car in for warranty work. Planet Ford must have misunderstood me, because they proceeded to do work that my warranty did not cover. This left me with unexpected excess expense. Quoted me eight hundred dollars for a thermostat. Tried to buy my car from me for 1800 dollars. Just a horrible experience. Left with a car that still overheats and a hatch that still won't stay open, a month without a car, and a bill.
