After having my vehicle for 3 months, I discovered that the service advisor and the technician lied about a part being replaced when it wasn’t. The service advisor claimed “I had to tell her something because her car had been here so long” Needless to say, my vehicle was not fixed, and it was back in the shop for another 6 weeks. I was offered a detail and an oil change for the “lie”. When I picked it up I had 5% oil life remaining. Wow! No bait and switch, are you kidding me? The price is the price, amazing. Great experience from start to finish and my salesman Andres was extremely helpful. I flew in from Oklahoma and he drove an hour one way to pick me up. Thanks Andres! Update: I live in Oklahoma and was told my taxes and licensing would be handled at the dealership and processed in Oklahoma through a third party.
