As I was walking out of the front door at 10:00 p.m. The front desk employee turned on the alarm system and blasted the gym with loud noise for a good 10 seconds 🚨 When I asked him if this was necessary he said that it was a corporate policy. As an individual with history of anxiety disorder and panic attacks this affected me to a great deal as it was an unexpected sensory overload. I was never warned about these policies when signing up for my membership. Very disappointing.
