Great gym with clean facilities, well-maintained equipment and a friendly staff. The atmosphere is motivating and it’s a great place to work out. Highly recommend!
Terrible gym and overall nearly impossible to close your account. Have been billed over $1500 yet I have NEVER stepped foot in this gym and my account should be closed as I haven’t signed it again for a yearly membership . Planet fitness will not close it which I find VERY ILLEGAL! Should not be able to charge for another year and keep the account open when you don’t want too. Again like I said impossible to get out of unless I throw hundreds of dollars there way! ILLEGAL
This club does not train their staff appropriately. I cancelled my membership and was advised there would be no additional charges, the document I receieved indicates club access ended on July 17th, yet I was still charged for another month. When I called the location, they apologized for the 'miscommunication', told me I have access until the middle of August, and refused to refund me. Poorly managed.
Good gym, there’s everything I need.
Give you a really hard time in trying to downgrade my membership that I decided to just cancel all together
