If i could rate 0 stars, i would. i have been trying to cancel my gym member ship since 15/08/2024. I call, i get a different email every time. i call and they say they will pass me onto the manager and i will get a call back, for a YEAR! i haven’t got one back. I will be requesting a refund back dated since august last year as now they have taken $60 out of my account every week for the past 2 weeks. you guys scam money from people, “ no judgment policy” but yall judge your own customers. I happen to come across my notes whilst attending Rothwell gym and the audacity morayfield have to say my sister M (not saying full name) is a “supposed sister” goes against their no judgement policy which is clearly bullshit judging my adopted sister as my supposed sister. Clean, friendly staff, great prices. Yes you have to be a member to get in but where else do ypu get massage chairs and beds not to mention the red-light room or the spray tan. The equipment here is very well maintained and staff are always willing to help if you arnt sure how to use it
