Went to go file my taxes and the W-2 that that planet fitness gave me is invalid and IRS says it's fake. Paper and online w2 are the same and irs will not accept them. No taxes were paid to my ssi number. I had irs check twice. I contacted store manager and district manager. They sent me the w2 again like it would help. Its the same w2 irs says isnt valid. Left with no choice, i have to contact a lawyer and take planet fitness to court for tax fraud.

One star because 0 isn’t an option. I had an appt for training to pick up my personal training plan and no one was there to meet me. “ he called out today” was all I got. No one called to reschedule or to even just let me know he wouldn’t be there. Also after they said he wasn’t there they just blew right past me and left me standing there. No offer of help or anything. This place ( Claremore OK location) SUCKS. it would be nice if they taught these kids how to provide customer service on even a basic level. Planet fitness in Elizabethtown Pa. Vicky at front desk is the best ever, she always remembers everyone's names & and she is a hard worker always doing her best to keep the place clean...we just love her....
My club in gresham oregon tye showers are broken I shower there everyday!!! I understand that they've tried to get maintenance there to fix them. How bout just hire a plumber. This has been an issue before!!!!! They have been down 3 weeks. How bout a free couple.months off my account? Something this is getting ridiculous!!!!!! Fix the damn showers
