Membership cancelation is ludicrous
I would really appreciate diversity in the songs that are randomly played at Columbia, MD PF. I noticed that a good amount of songs that I could request just this past Monday are no longer available on Rockbot. I should not have to request music in order to hear something of my liking.

Explain to me how does a gym let you open 3 accounts and not tell you that you have all these accounts open in collections. The management team are all clueless they’re never a manager there to help you whatsoever. These accounts were open 10+ years back all of them have pictures one them. PF cellphone policy in the Loclkerooms is a lie. After reporting that a man was on his phone while I was changing on a Tuesday, then reporting again that while dressing on Wed 2 people were on their cell phones..one taking pictures a few feet from me in the mirror.
