I just signed up about two months ago and am cancelling my membership tomorrow. This is the Kingston, NY location. It has been 30 degrees outside and the air conditioning is still on in the locker room. There have been several complaints and the manager says, “we can’t do anything about it, corporate controls the heat.” There is zero hot water in the showers. Location Gallery Place: Dear Planet fitness management, I came to your facility at 9:25pm to use the massage chairs and maybe do a little walk on the treadmill after a long day. The top doors were locked. Called and the nice lady working said they lock up at 9:30. It wasn’t even 9:30. A guy leaving held the door to let me in. New member went to look if they were open since being closed for remodel. Employee at desk said I have to check in to look. Then cussed me when I kept walking. Yelling at me as I left.
