I walked in and cancelled my membership back in december with one of your employees, and they assured me I was ready to go. I come to find that you guys have been charging me 15 dollars and a late fee charge of 15 dollars since then. Terrible gym poor Customer Service the corporate structure is terrible as well. Stay as far away as you can go to a real gym that actually cares about having paying members. I called member services, which should be renamed because they can’t help you with anything when I asked the representative if he couldn’t help me get a refund and couldn’t help me terminate my membership.
