The employee at the front desk named Wilmer was extremely unprofessional, rude, always on his phone, and does NOT open at the right time. Do better planet fitness.
I think just been there a year, was pretty clean but things are busted already. I don't think the employees can keep on top of their duties in a busy place like this one.
Just a scam company. Charges before your monthly subscribtion date, does not inform before or after. Late fee is the highest late fee in the US which is 200% . Customer service is 0. Never ever recommend this gym.
Very small gym , small locker room
I've been going to the Montgomery location and decided to try the Sloat one because it's open later (especially on the weekends) Pros: Open later. Better location if you drive (if you can find a spot, very busy shopping center). Everything is newer than the other location. The machines have personal fans. It's only 1 floor (no stairs) but it's huge. Cons: Harder to get to if you don't drive. Pretty much only the 23 and 29 go there. It only has 2 massage chairs when the other location has 4.
