This planet fitness sucks! Its terrible! I have had nothing but issue after issue regarding the tanning at this facility!! I pay my bill every month no issue with payment and the amount of money i forked out on this place just to be told i cant use tanning which is the only reason i got the membership is outrageous!!! The tanning bed breaks and shuts down mid tan. It took me longer to get undressed and drive here ...i was in the tanning bed for 3 minutes and then it shuts off. and they tell me theres nothing they can do for ... read more

I came in to the gym ready and energized left angry and frustrate. Can’t believe how there is a summer pass and no effort from the business to repair or upgrade machines… there are 5 broken machines at this moment alongside a broken Urinal and 3 of the machines or so have been broken for 2 weeks already. Not only are there broken machines and a urinal but it’s heavily crowded.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a year and a half and usually during non summer months it’s a clean gym without broken machines with not much flaws apart from not having free weights. But during summer months it’s genuinely frustrating and upsetting how the gym is turned upside down, overly crowded, tons of broken machines like currently the preacher curl, another bicep machine, a tricep machine, a leg extension, and probably more also the urinal(s) tend to be broken like at this moment during summer months.
