Gym is great! Love working out here. However, an employee named Caleb was very rude and immature when I asked a simple question.
Had a disturbing incident at Planet Fitness (248 Daniel Webster Hwy, Nashua). My car keys were stolen from the locker, and the thief used them to access my car and steal my wallet—this is a serious security failure. Staff showed little to no concern and offered no real help. They refused to share camera footage except with police, making no effort to assist me as a victim. Since the theft happened inside the changing room, it’s likely the person had access to the gym.
