All of the staff members are great except for a guy that works at the front desk, that is always wearing a hat. He has repeatedly made me feel uncomfortable whenever I come in. I am not the only person that has said this many of my friends have said the same thing and I have heard other gym members talk about it as well. This discomfort has discouraged me from going to the gym many times.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy going before lunch when it's not so crowded. Very clean. I originally joined when a site was opened in Lebanon, Tn. I do like the Athens, Tn site much better and it's only 10 minutes from where I now reside.

I’ve recently encouraged my parents to join because I’ve had such positive experiences especially during the morning shift. The staff during those hours are consistently welcoming and professional, which is something I truly appreciate. However, my parents visited during an afternoon shift on 2/25/26 around 2-3pm and had a very different experience. Why are we charged full prices if we don't get 24/7?! I can't go because they're not 24hr like all the rest of the planet fitness locations. Due to my schedule just like so many others it's impossible. It's too crowded when you do go because so many people are trying to go before they close. Closing at 7pm and 9pm is diabolical! Couldn't make it at least 2am?! Do better. You won't have my business until this changes.
