Great Gym in Alliance Town Center. Friendly, it can be a little crowded and you might have to wait to use free weights and dumbells.
I have only been going to this location for a year now. And wanted to update review. The gym is sometimes very clean, and sometimes it’s not. Many machines need new covering. The vinyl is worn through or cracked. The staff is either keeping up with spray and paper towels to wipe the machines down with or they are not. I wish they just walked around more to help with crowd control…They are sweeping and dusting or they are not. It does make a huge difference…. Especially now with the crazy crowd of teens. Not enough equipment
I frequent this gym and love the friendly staff, my sister was in town with her boyfriend and had a free day pass they wanted to use at this location that actually doesn't take day passes for some reason. They were met with the rudest personal trainer (probably early 20's with some piercings) who very rudely told them they couldn't use it here. I understand it's part of the job to let people know they can't use it here but she's always mad whenever I see her around to the point that she doesn't greet or speak to most members... read more
GYM does NOT have cold water in their drinking fountains. I ASKED front desk to fix 5X TIMES .. no action taken !!!! I PAY EXTRA to be a black level member!!!
