Planet fitness staff make my experience so much more enjoyable then just a gym. They are always so accomodating and helpful. The space is always kept so clean and tidy. They are always willing to improve the space and keep on top of any concerns. Thankyou oak flats PF 🤍

Just another 'gym' that's all about profit. You cancel and they tack on a few weeks before they respond, and then decide they want to debit an annual fee on top even if you've only been there a couple of months. If you're a professional that knows what they're doing then it could be good for you. If you aren't and need some assistance or guidance the so called trainers are no where in sight. Have been loving the gym going with my partner and very rarely do we use the massage or black card area. However over the past year we may have been about 3-5 times. Today we asked and it wasn't busy, my partner booked 2 Chairs only be be told only he could use as i was just a guest. And the guy who told us acted like he has was king of the castle. .haha.. well he has have his 30 seconds of fame. Rules are rules I certainly would be recommending planet fitness.
