Jennifer, the manager at this location, is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She incorrectly told me that I was not able to pay off my balance at another location and that I had to come into the Monroe location and then when I called her to ask her about it, got extremely mad and interrupted me every chance she could get because she did not want to admit that she had made a mistake. I would not recommend this location, This manager is a terrible person

I love this gym and everything it has to offer but unfortunately at night time there is this one girl that has an attitude and rolls her eyes when we walk in. She has dark hair and always has her phone on. As she was leaving we were leaving one night she sped so fast in the street and almost hit us. The rest of the staff amazing and welcoming. She makes me feel incredibly uneasy being here.
No complaints. Open 24 hours. Machines are new.
