The front desk staff have their back turned to members as they walk in and have limited soft skills (communication, interpersonal skills, etc) for a service establishment that deals entirely with people. I spoke to two people on Monday (10th of the month) to inquire about canceling my membership and was told to come in by the 16th to cancel without being charged for the next cycle. This is easily one of the worst gyms I’ve been to. The place is always dirty, the staff have no respect for members, and management clearly has no idea how to run a professional business. They set a terrible example, so it’s no surprise the employees act the way they do. My experience with one of the associates, Mia, was enough to make me realize the rules only apply when they want them to. The favoritism is obvious.
