Front desk associates display rude behavior. When approaching the front desk i dont get aknowledged. It seems the employees tend to get into deep conversations and neglect their black card membership customers. The african american trainer employee gives me dirty looks for no reason at all. I use multiple planet Fitness's from here to seattle and i only recieve ignorance and snarky behavior from this Planet fitness. We pay too much money to a judgement free gym just to be judged and mistreated by the employees. Do better. Th... read more
