Kassandra is very nice person. She help me on the counter and also briefed me about all the gym policies. Give a nice 10 min gym tour. That was amazing experience.

I visited Planet Fitness with a friend to check out the gym and ask about membership options. From the start, the staff made us feel unwelcome. One staff member passed us off to another, who then passed us to a third, as if no one wanted to deal with us. When we asked for a quick tour, they first refused and only let us in later, but by then it was clear they had zero interest in helping. The staff were unfriendly and showed no customer service at all. Very disappointing experience.
