Better train your staff. We’re canceling our memberships because of the new front desk girl who called Chloe or something. She challenged me when I walked in wearing Crocs All Terrain Clogs, told me to go back home and get sneakers, which was rude and unnecessary .Girl, it’s an all-terrain clog — it literally turns into a trail shoe with stable soles. Hidden costs, annual fee of 53 dollars after 3 months of membership, and to cancel my membership costs 99 dollars as I haven't been a member for 12 months, staff have attitude problems and make a fool out of themselves, only going back there to cancel my membership and keep my money, what a joke
