Here is the best example how can a staff make a wonderful place worst by insulting the customers in front of others. I have been doing the workout here since 1 month as a guest and I have to admit this is the best gym I ever experienced before till today. I even referred others here in this short period of time. Sadly I had a bad experience today from one of the staff because my husband just asked if I can do the exercise under his membership without his presence and we were told that is not acceptable as per policy. I have had memberships at all gyms in town including Advanced, 360 and Anytime and to date Planet Fitness is the best gym in town. Massive gym with new equipment, everything you need for a good workout, great atmosphere and the gym is basically staffed all the time and the staff are great, informative and friendly. Not only that, but the added black membership also includes great benefits like a water massage bed, red light therapy and free spray tanning. Definitely 10/10.
