I had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Bratshanti at this gym. My membership allows me to bring one guest, and on this occasion, I arrived with my sister and my 12-year-old nephew. Bratshanti asked me to scan my membership code and my guest’s code. When she realized that my membership only allowed one guest, she refused to let my nephew enter.
