Atendimento é péssimo. Precisei esperar 20 minutos para encontrarem meu plano. Não há manager. Só consegui treinar depois de mostrar o contrato que tinha recebido por e-mail. Se você está pensando em treinar na Planet fitness, tenho uma dica: procure outro lugar

Due to privacy concerns and previous breaches of data, I have no picture on my profile . I usually verify my membership with my ID or just with my app . I have been to Planet Fitness all across the United States. However today I came in and I was denied access to workout from a team member named Genesis Ruiz. I Asked to speak to the manager here at this location and she still would not allow me. It feels like she was forcing me to take a picture . I’ve never had this problem before.

I'm traveling and had no issues getting into planet fitness as a guest. Didn't cost a cent. They had plenty of equipment to utilize.

Great place to workout now. Equipment is being maintained in a timely fashion and the staff is super friendly.
