I’ve been coming to PF in the early mornings & out of all the employees , this one made me want to leave a review . I think his name is BJ… I always see him cleaning the facility & speaking to guests.. since he’s started the paper towel rack is never empty . Lol . Good Job BJ <3 !

I been going to this gym for 2 years. I had to cancel my membership due to moving. After speaking with the gym he said wait to this specific day before you can cancel. Come to find out that specific day was when they withdraw the money for the next month. So he wanted me to get charged for the next month then cancel. I called customer service and they said that he should have canceled it before that day to not get charged. I enjoyed my time at this location. Just be careful when you sign up online make sure to get the no commitment contract. I thought that that’s what I signed up because Planet fitness has always had no commitment commercials they never tell you that it is a contract that makes you commit. Always tell you the best part on commercial that will catch your ear and attention not this🤦🏽‍♀️ Lesson learned. Clean, liked the environment, friendly staff, was exactly what I expected, top notch. Love the channel labels on the TV to listen along. I will be back.
