Planet Fitness’s motto is “The Judgement Free Zone,” but the general manager’s conduct falls short of that standard. Most of the staff is excellent, and the gym itself is great, but the GM needs to follow Planet Fitness’s own policies.
Awesome Gym & great service! Stopped by while in town for holiday but left some clothing items hanging in the locker room because I was trying to beat the rush hour traffic back to NoVa. Sent them a large postage paid envelope and they gladly returned the items to me. Thank you Josh!
Zakir, Scotty, Michael and others make you feel welcomed, I've been to other locations and employees don't even greet you "Holland rd" in my opinion this is the best location.buy these guy some pizzas!!
