Belchertown Planet Fitness was one of the best locations in the chain. This year, I found out that the management changed, and I started noticing it's losing the great facilities we had. The water fountain was out of order for weeks, and there were many days without AC during this hot spring and summer. They still have a friendly staff, and I have nothing against them and rating averaged because of the great staff, else it will be a 1. I've been to this location twice and so far have only good things to say. Very clean, friendly staff, well maintained equipment and clean bathrooms/showers
Good gym. Small but good for the time I go at but imagine it could be hectic in the evening.
