It very disturbing when your checking in and the recipient checks u in either a fat sandwich 🥪 in her hand eating it with a milkshake
normally not too busy, staff is very pleasant, and its fairly clean. Mens bathroom could use some more attention but nothing too bad especially for a gym.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Honestly, calling this a "gym" is a massive stretch—it’s more like a graveyard for rusted scrap metal and a breeding ground for a new species of bacteria. I’m convinced the management hires people specifically for their ability to be as unhelpful and condescending as possible. I went to the front desk to report a leaking pipe in the showers, and the guy didn't even look up from his phone. It is soo sad that one of my favorite places to go has gone downhill so much that I must now driver considerably further to other Planet Fitness locations. The facility is a good size, they have a fair amount of equipment, there is a lot of natural light, and the climate control is pretty decent. Having said that there are sooo many problems not being appropriately addressed that it makes it too frustrating to go any longer. I have seen horrible seen by carlos kicking out older gentleman following by cursing and being very rude and angry way to him. I have seen older gentleman working out there for years. Terrible experience! Never go back in that place!
