Crowded most times, and as of lately the AC has been out so it is unreasonably warm. However if you come to get in a good workout n go home you can definitely do that here.
My biggest complaint is all the folks here sitting on the machines on their cell phones. Some are sitting and watching TV shows! I saw a guy sit on a machine for 25 minutes earlier this week with his legs crossed and all. Meanwhile, nearly every other machine was being used. When it's that busy, staff should be stepping in and help keep things moving on the full body circuit machines instead of letting folks hang out and watch their phones. I’ve been going here for more than a year and have absolutely loved the experience especially regarding the employees and regulars. I normally don’t write reviews, but recently there’s been new management, and my experience has quickly gone downhill. The new staff is significantly less friendly.
This place is filthy, this location needs some serious cleaning! Maybe hire employees from Rowllett location . Showers have mold ….
