Gym is always clean and tidy. Megan and her staff are always pleasant and professional. They quickly respond to any problems or concerns.
Megan does a terrific job at this location. Not only am I always greeted with a smile, but I’m also greeted by name each morning, which as a person in the hospitality industry, means a lot. Her customer service is impeccable, and she does a tremendous job of ensuring all the equipment is properly maintained, working, and the gym is clean. I have been to many Planet Fitness locations and this one is by far the best, and I attribute that mainly to her diligence, attention to detail, and properly managing the onsite team. Always staffed with friendly professionals. Planet fitness is my place to get away from work and life stress. This particular facility is very clean with ample parking and state of the art equipment.
