Not a lifters gym. I didnt see free weights or heavier weights. The largest kettle bell I could find was 30lbs. Staff was nice and welcoming, the members not so much...but its a gym. Myriad of equipment so you can find what you need to get your workout in. Bathrooms were clean and someone was always around with a vacuum or broom so the place was clean, it didn't smell.
