Staff members inattentive. Paid for the black member card, but have waited at the counter multiple times for someone and there is no member to be found. Also have been let into the room with the machine never turned on. The WiFi no longer works in the building so you can’t make a phone call to the counter (when left in room with the red light machine not working) What is the point of paying for the extra perks when you can’t use them
Clean, comfortable, no rush just do your own thing.
Loads of fraternization between assistant from the general management down the chain to team members.
