Staff is friendly, cost is low. Lot's of people on their phones sitting on machines like they are their personal barcalounger, which ties up machine use for others. The big complaint is that if you want to reach the corporate office, it's not possible. You will get spun around in the auto-attendant and you'll NEVER be able to speak with a live agent. In fact, when calling the corporate phone number, I'd rate PF customer service WORSE than the cable company. And I didn't think ANYONE could be worse than the cable company.
Clean and and great working equipment! Highly suggest! The only downside would be the hours- the window of it opening up could definitely be earlier. Enjoyed the facilities during my time in Vancouver.
