Extremely disappointing experience. I had just purchased a new Black Card membership. The front desk employee scanned my membership QR code, found my account, took my membership photo, checked me into the club, and admitted my guest using my Black Card benefits. I went to work out with my friend. The manager told me to change into shoes, even though no one said anything about my slippers the last time I came in. Then I came back with shoes. My friend was told to put his backpack into the locker after we calmly spoke to the manager. The manager didn't like the back-and-forth conversation, even though we agreed to putting our stuff in the locker. She then told us to leave after the conversation.
