The “manager” is rather snobbish. I’ve been a member here for over four years and can count on one hand the amount of times that she has greeted me. She will stand at that front desk, look right at you and won’t even speak. The other workers, however, are very welcoming. Also, the “manager” works out there. She will stand at the counter in her workout clothes just to be noticed, but she won’t greet customers. The few times she’s has greeted me was when a higher-up manager was there.
