I got a new phone that doesn't have many distracting apps because im trying to move to a minimalist lifestyle but the front desk continues to make it difficult to sign in without the app. Its inconsiderate for the older population and for those of us who just dont have access to the app. Im not sure why its a problem since i give them my phone number, they are more than welcome to check my ID. There should always be a second option to signing in.
