I think this is one of the nicer planet fitness gyms. Obviously it's planet fitness so there's some broken machines and a little bit of this and that but for the most part they keep it clean and the staff is very nice
The two stars are because the actual gym is okay, most of the gym is filled with cardio machines and very little weight equipment. Unlike most other planet fitnesses they still don’t have standard racks. The workers here are extremely annoying and rude, they take their jobs waaay too seriously to the point where it made my friend and I not ever want to come back to this location. I’ll be canceling my membership due to the horrible service I’ve received at this specific location.
I go to th e Planet Fitness at Encino and they have an amazing trainer for their clases he insists on doing the clases properly and I saw results right away.
They kept charging me even though I canceled multiple times and clearly informed them!
